What it is

Hyundai Department Store runs it at The Hyundai Seoul with the travel logistics startup Goodluck Company (announced Oct 15, 2026). It carries shopping bags or suitcases from the store to your hotel or the airport.

You collect the bags at the hotel lobby. The hotel has to accept deliveries, so check with the front desk.

Have your hotel's name and address ready (our tip).
- 2Scan the QR code at the desk
It opens the Goodluck Company app, where you book a shopping bag or suitcase delivery.
- 3Hand over your bags
Before 3pm for a 7pm delivery in Seoul.
- 4Pick them up in your hotel lobby (or at the airport desk)

₩16,900 per shopping bag of any size within Seoul, and from ₩24,500 per suitcase, with extra charges outside Seoul.
When will my bags arrive?
In Seoul, bags handed over before 3pm arrive by 7pm the same day, and those handed over between 3pm and 6pm arrive by 10pm.
